My friends call me Beth, and I write happily ever afters.
I’ve been writing for more than a decade. Long before My Caffeinated Stories, there was bethgstories. It was my little corner of the internet where I wrote about books, romance, publishing, writing, and the many things I was still figuring out along the way.
A lot has happened since then. I wrote and published stories. I tried new genres. I found my way back to writing after losing it for a while. I chased goals and started over and learned that creativity can be both exciting and exhausting when you ask it to constantly become something.
I also learned that writing doesn’t always have to be about figuring things out. Sometimes, it can simply be a place to rest.
So this is where I am now.
My Caffeinated Stories is my little pahingahan on the internet. A pressure-free place to write about books, cafes, ordinary days, work, travels, quiet thoughts, small joys, and the tiny moments that somehow stay with me.
No grand lessons or the need to have everything figured out. No pressure to turn every experience into something profound.
Just stories, thoughts, and observations from an ordinary life, written whenever I feel like putting them down.
And if you happen to find your way here and want to stay for a while, you’re welcome to rest here too.
There will probably be coffee. And there will definitely be stories.
And hopefully, somewhere between the two, we’ll find a little room to breathe.
