For Self-Publishing Services

1. Scope of Services
We offer editing, layout, and self-publishing support including:

• Developmental Editing
• Copyediting
• Proofreading
• Interior Formatting & Layout
• Book Cover Coordination

2. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround per service:

• Editing Only Bundles: 1 – 3 weeks depending on the bundle
• Full Packages with Layout: 2 – 4 weeks depending on the bundle
• Cover Design: 2–3 weeks

Revisions may extend the timeline slightly.

3. Payments

• We accept GCash and BPI.
• Full payment after editing-only services.
• 50% downpayment required for services involving layout or cover design.
• The rest is due upon completion.

4. Your Responsibilities
Please ensure to:

• Send final manuscript in agreed format (.docx, editable Google Document).
• Communicate feedback promptly.
• Respect mutually agreed timelines.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel at any time.
• You’ll be billed only for completed work.
• For layout/cover services: 50% of the downpayment is refundable if canceled mid-process.

6. Confidentiality

Your manuscript and personal details will remain private and protected. No sharing without your consent.

7. Ownership

• You retain full rights to your manuscript.
• We retain ownership of any templates or design tools used for formatting.

8. Revisions
Each service includes up to 3 free revisions. Extra rounds may be billed separately depending on scope.

9. Legal & Disputes

• We operate under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Any issues will be resolved through mediation or mutual agreement.

10. Policy Updates
Terms may change from time to time. Clients will be informed of any updates.
